The fully equipped kitchen opens separately and provides direct access to the veranda. A separate WC is also available on this floor for added convenience.

On the upper floor, the sleeping quarters are thoughtfully distributed across 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a private balcony. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from balcony access. The third bedroom offers 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The single bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC, and is served by a 50-litre boiler.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
