From the living room, you have direct access to a roofed terrace of 15 m2 with an east-facing position, enjoying a side view of the sea and the mountains. The kitchenette on this level is fully equipped for self-catering. A shower room with WC completes the ground-level facilities. On the upper floor, you will find 1 private room furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a sleeping alcove fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This upper level also benefits from its own exit to a small terrace of 4 m2 and is served by a full bath with WC. Both terraces are furnished with terrace furniture for your outdoor comfort.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
