The living room opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 12 m2, complete with terrace furniture, making it an ideal space for outdoor relaxation. The kitchenette is fully appointed and includes a mini-oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with Dolce Gusto capsules available as an extra.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
