This 2-room vacation rental apartment spans 45 m2 and is situated on the 2nd floor of the building, with a north-facing orientation that offers views of the mountains and the valley. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and features 1 bedroom along with 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens onto a north-facing balcony. An alcove, separated by a curtain, contains 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping area within the open-plan space. The dedicated bedroom is equipped with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also provides direct access to a second north-facing balcony. It is worth noting that some sleeping areas, including the alcove, are located in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms. The apartment includes a small open kitchen fitted with a bar, 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC, and the flooring throughout the apartment is carpeted. The 2 small balconies both face north and offer pleasant views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
