The studio is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a maximum capacity of 4 guests within its single bedroom configuration, which also serves as the living area. The sleeping arrangements consist of 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, complemented by 2 wall-trunk beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a flexible and space-efficient solution for families or small groups. The studio features 1 bathroom as well as a separate WC, providing added convenience for guests sharing the space. Beautiful parquet floors run throughout the interior, lending the studio a warm and welcoming character. A south-facing balcony of 5 m2 extends the living space outdoors and is furnished with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a pleasant view of the ski run.

The studio is equipped with a small kitchenette that includes a mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the Tassimo coffee machine are available as an extra. Electric heating and a boiler ensure that the studio remains comfortably warm throughout your stay, with heat available as needed. For entertainment, a flat screen television is provided in the living and sleeping area. Additional in-room facilities include a hair dryer. Internet access via WiFi is available at an extra charge.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
