The living and dining area is combined into one space, which includes a small living room with a sofa bed (80 cm, length 170 cm), a dining table, and air conditioning. This area leads out to a partially covered terrace. There is one small double bedroom with a double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), and another small room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). The kitchen is open-plan and compact, equipped with a dishwasher and 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
