An alcove with a curtain offers an additional sleeping area with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accommodating 2 guests. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. The apartment features 1 bathroom and a separate WC, and throughout the property you will find elegant parquet floors that complement the beautiful furnishings.

The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering stays and includes a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a combination microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that capsules for the KRUPS coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The living area features a flat-screen television for your entertainment. The apartment is fitted with electric heating to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
