This 1-room studio vacation rental spans 28 m2 and is situated on the 7th floor in a south-facing position, accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. The open-plan living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished and flows naturally into the rest of the space, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Rather than an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas are arranged within an open-plan layout, with 1 sleeping alcove featuring a double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and a second alcove fitted with a bunk bed also measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The studio includes 1 bathroom. A south-facing balcony of 4 m2 extends from the living area, complete with balcony furniture and a direct view of the ski run, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the surrounding mountain scenery.
Amenities Included
The studio is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette features a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a combination microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Senseo capsules, which are available as an extra. A raclette grill is also provided for guests who enjoy a convivial dining experience. A washing machine is available within the property for added practicality during longer stays. Entertainment is provided through a flat-screen television in the living and dining area. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 pet or dog permitted. WiFi internet access is available in the studio, offered as an extra.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
