On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, a second living and dining room with digital TV and air conditioning offers an independent and versatile living space, with its own exit to the garden and terrace. This level includes 1 bedroom with a double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, also equipped with air conditioning, as well as an open kitchen and a shower with WC.
