In addition to the private pool, guests also have access to a shared indoor angular heated pool measuring 6 x 3 metres with a depth of 140 centimetres, available year-round from 01 January to 31 December. This shared indoor pool features an internal staircase, a salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system, and is heated during the months outside the summer season, specifically from 01 October to 01 May, with maintenance also provided by the owner's gardener.

The fully equipped open kitchen on this floor includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed of 2 x 90 cm and a length of 200 cm, a shower, WC, and double hand-basin, with direct access to a balcony of 5 m2. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
