From this room, you have direct access to a west-facing balcony of 5 m2, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. A separate small room is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm, providing a total of 1 dedicated sleeping area in addition to the sofabed in the living space. The apartment comprises 1 bathroom and a separate WC, offering a practical and well-organized layout for your stay.
Amenities Included
The apartment is equipped with electric heating to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. Entertainment is provided through a television with a flat screen, available exclusively with French-language channels. The kitchenette is fully functional and features 2 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, giving you everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The west-facing balcony of 5 m2 comes furnished with balcony furniture, allowing you to relax outdoors while taking in the mountain views. A smoke alarm is installed within the apartment for your safety. WiFi internet access is also available as an extra service.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
