A separate small room is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, serving as the primary sleeping area for adults. The apartment includes 1 bathroom and a separate WC, completing the layout across this single-level ground floor residence. The balcony, equipped with outdoor furniture, provides a charming outdoor extension of the living space with an exceptional mountain panorama.
Amenities Included
The apartment is equipped with electric heating to ensure a warm and comfortable stay throughout your visit. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen television, available exclusively with French-language channels. The kitchenette is well appointed and features a mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave, offering everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Internet access via WiFi is available as an extra service. A smoke alarm is installed within the property for your safety.

This property is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and this house rule must be respected throughout the duration of your stay. Please be aware that the building is not equipped with a lift, and access to the ground floor apartment is therefore on foot. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
