A separate small room is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, serving as the primary sleeping area for adults. The apartment includes 1 bathroom and a separate WC, completing the layout across this single-level ground floor residence. The balcony, equipped with outdoor furniture, provides a charming outdoor extension of the living space with an exceptional mountain panorama.
Amenities Included
The apartment is equipped with electric heating to ensure a warm and comfortable stay throughout your visit. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen television, available exclusively with French-language channels. The kitchenette is well appointed and features a mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave, offering everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Internet access via WiFi is available as an extra service. A smoke alarm is installed within the property for your safety.

This property is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and this house rule must be respected throughout the duration of your stay. Please be aware that the building is not equipped with a lift, and access to the ground floor apartment is therefore on foot. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
