The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a generous and well-balanced layout designed for comfort and relaxation.

The heart of the apartment is a spacious open-plan living and dining room, featuring a panoramic window that frames breathtaking views of the lake, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside. This inviting communal space is furnished with care and provides direct access to the large terrace. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes its own flat-screen cable television with access to international channels. The second bedroom is a double room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom is also a double room, equipped with a double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, WC, and a hydromassage bath.

The apartment includes 2 bathrooms in total. In addition to the en-suite bathroom in the third bedroom, a separate bathroom with bath and WC is available, complemented by an additional independent WC, ensuring convenience for all guests.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
