On the ground floor, the property welcomes you with an elegant living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a flat screen television, and electric heating, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This floor also includes 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering comfortable and stylish sleeping arrangements. The ground floor bathroom facilities consist of 2 shower rooms with WC and a separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level. On the upper floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms, all characterized by charming sloping ceilings. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 1 bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third room features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The upper floor is served by 1 bathroom with a bath and WC. Electric heating is available throughout the upper floor as well.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
