You will be staying in a 3-room terraced house with a total area of 40 m2, spread across two levels. The living/dining room is equipped with a dining table, TV, electric heating, and air conditioning. It also provides access to the terrace and patio. There is one small room on the main level with a french bed measuring 1 x 140 cm and 200 cm in length. The kitchenette comes with a mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and toilet on this level. Electric heating is available throughout the unit.

On the upper floor, you will find an open room with sloping ceilings and a curtain separating it from the rest of the space. This room features two beds measuring 90 cm and 200 cm in length, along with a TV and flat screen.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
