The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the living space and features an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a dishwasher, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the coffee machine (Delizio) are available as an extra.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
