A balcony of 8 m2 with an east-facing and north-facing position extends from the living area, offering a pleasant view of the resort and furnished with balcony furniture for outdoor relaxation.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
