You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans 230 square meters across two levels. The comfortable and cozy furnishings include a living/dining room with cable TV and an exit to the veranda. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, a kettle, microwave, grill, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and air conditioning. There is a shower/WC and a separate WC on the main level. Electric heating and air conditioning are available, although heating may not be available in all rooms. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep stair, you'll find three bedrooms: one with a 150 cm bed (length 195 cm) and a shower, another with a 150 cm bed (length 195 cm) and a shower, and the third with a 150 cm bed (length 195 cm) and a shower.

During your vacation, you can enjoy various amenities such as a balcony of 2 square meters, another balcony of 3 square meters, a 26 square meter terrace, and a large 40 square meter roofed terrace. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
