On the ground floor, a large living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace serves as the heart of the property, complemented by an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering. A separate WC is also located on this level, along with direct access to a furnished terrace. On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is distributed across 4 rooms: 1 room features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, 1 room is fitted with a pull-out bed for 2 persons consisting of 2 x 90 cm widths and a length of 190 cm, and the remaining 2 rooms each contain 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is served by a shower room with WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
