The main space is a generously sized living and sleeping room appointed with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a flat screen cable TV. The apartment comprises 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, the latter being a shower and WC combination. A well-equipped kitchen with a dining table completes the interior layout, making the space both functional and inviting. Please note that the apartment entrance is located at the back of the house.

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive selection of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for preparing meals at home. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
