The angular heated swimming pool (3 x 4 m, depth 160 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) has an internal staircase and shutter cover, along with an outdoor shower, poolhouse with a fridge and WC, patio, pergola, terrace, and barbecue area.

The property is situated in a quiet, sunny, elevated residential area with villas, offering a south-facing position. It is not suitable for children under 14 years old. The owner does not accept groups or youth groups. A 24-hour guard is present, and the owner resides in a separate semi-detached house. Additional accommodations can be booked, such as Property ref. CH6622.66, located on the same property. Airport transfer to the holiday rental is available upon request.

A truly exceptional location with a very high quality and upscale well apointed apartment. The pictures do not do the property justice. If you looking for a high quality, private retreat, this is it. The hosts are absolutely Wonderfull and live on site. we will be back for sure
