Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 6-room semi-detached house with a total area of 175 square meters. The house features a practical and rustic furnishing style. It includes a living/dining room with a heating stove and an exit to the terrace. On the same floor, you will find one room with two beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm, a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower and a toilet. The upper floor consists of a living room, one room with a French bed measuring 135 cm x 190 cm, another room with a French bed of the same size, and one room with two beds measuring 105 cm x 190 cm, along with two additional showers and toilets.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
