- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

The villa is ok but the neighbor/gardener (property owner?) is very close to/on the premises several times during the day, every day. He has full visibility of the property/pool area from his property and he's snooping around during the day, expect no privacy at all.
You will be charged for electricity but won't get any specification, make sure to agree on electricity fee beforehand or you'll most likely will pay way too much.
