Please be aware that groups of teenagers are accommodated on request only. An airfield is located approximately 15 km from the property.

The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering generous comfort for couples or solo travellers. The second bedroom mirrors this configuration, also featuring a French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm by 200 cm. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests or companions travelling together. This bedroom also benefits from a private shower and WC. A second shower room serves the remaining areas of the property. The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully arranged and includes 1 hot plate, an oven, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
