Villa Curiosity welcomes children, though they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or any water facilities. Pets may be considered upon request. Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the house. Guests are kindly requested to ensure that garbage bags are deposited in the designated containers upon departure, as a door-to-door garbage collection service does not exist in Ibiza. The house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, and additional fees may be charged should this condition not be met. Please be aware that the running water in some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty, and this percentage may increase during the peak tourist season. In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity exceeds the average threshold. The organisation of events on the property is not permitted without prior approval. A final cleaning fee of 300 EUR is to be paid upon arrival. The security deposit is required in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A late check-in service is available between 20:00 and 00:00, and also between 00:00 and 09:00. Bed linen, household linens, electricity, water, and gas are all included in the rates. The staff speaks both English and Spanish and is available via an emergency contact number provided at check-in. The team is also on hand to assist with a wide range of activities, including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
