You will be accommodated in an 8-room house spanning 200 square meters across two levels, featuring comfortable and beautiful furnishings. The ground floor consists of a living/dining room with cable TV and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace. Additionally, there is a room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), another room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), and a studio with a bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), a pull-out bed (length 200 cm), a shower/WC, TV, and air conditioning, with an exit to the patio. The open kitchen on this floor is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complete with air conditioning. There is also a separate shower/bidet/WC on this level.

The property is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. Air conditioning is available throughout, ensuring optimal temperature control. The upper level also has an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with air conditioning and an exit to the balcony. There is a shower/bidet/WC and a separate WC on this level. The outdoor spaces include a 6 square meter balcony, a 12 square meter partly roofed terrace, a 12 square meter fully roofed terrace, and a 20 square meter patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a portable barbecue, and deck chairs are provided for your enjoyment. Additional facilities include a safe, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the property. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with an exit to a 12 square meter terrace featuring a hot tub.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
