The main floor features a welcoming living and dining room furnished with a Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV, along with direct access to a south-facing balcony equipped with balcony furniture. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. Also on this floor, 1 room is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and 1 small room contains 1 pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, also measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm.
