The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table, a digital TV, an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, with direct access to the patio. A separate WC is also located on this floor. The ground floor living and dining room provides access to the garden, creating a seamless connection between the interior and outdoor spaces.

On the upper floor, the 4 bedrooms are thoughtfully distributed to suit a variety of guest configurations. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

We have rented properties in Spain over many years now. The villa Aurea is by far and away the best we have stayed in. Light and spacious it easily accommodated our family of eight. Very well equipped and ideally located. The main shopping area, restaurants and rail station are all but minutes away on foot and yet it is in a quiet and peaceful location. Our host was most welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
We will undoubtedly look to stay here again.
