The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The kitchen is fully fitted and opens onto the terrace, making it ideal for indoor-outdoor living. The property includes 1 bathroom as well as a separate WC. The terrace extends over 35 m2, is partly roofed, and benefits from a south-east facing orientation, offering a distant view of the sea. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
