It has been fully renovated and features a large entrance hall, a lounge area of 100 square meters with an exit to the terrace, another lounge of 30 square meters with satellite TV, a dining room of 30 square meters with an exit to the terrace, and a kitchen of 60 square meters equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a dining table, also with an exit to the terrace. There is a separate WC on the main floor. The upper floor consists of six bedrooms: one with a French bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), a separate WC, and a bath/shower; one with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower; two rooms each with a French bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower; one room with a French bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC; and a large room with one set of bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), one French bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), a separate WC, and a shower, with an exit to the terrace. There is another separate WC on the upper floor.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Mit Familie und Freunden, alt und jung, haben wir zwei Wochen Urlaub auf Domaine de Piegros sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist etwas Besonderes. Es liegt herrlich, wenn auch nicht ganz leicht zu erreichen. Die letzten 2 km sind Schotterstraße und weisen einige Bodenwellen auf. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet.

The house is charming, comfortable, clean and very well-maintained. It is very spacious and easily accommodated a party of 12 (including 4 kids and a baby). It is surrounded by a beautiful olive grove, and a forest as far as the eye can see. The owner's representative was very responsive. However, prospective renters should be aware of the fact that access to the house is not easy. It lies at the end of a long gravel road (about 1.5 KM) the first part of which (around 200M) is pretty rough. One of our cars had a flat tire due to a sharp stone. I'd recommend renting a suitable car. Other than that, we had a wonderful time at Piegros.
