Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall without a window, which features 1 bunk bed configuration measuring 70 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a practical and cozy sleeping arrangement for younger guests. The main living and dining area is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering additional sleeping comfort when needed. From the living area, you have direct access to a west-facing terrace of 5 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a pleasant view of the sea. The bathroom includes a shower, and a separate WC is also provided. Please be aware that access to the shower is via a step of approximately 38 cm.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
