The living and dining area serves as the central space of the studio, furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing additional sleeping flexibility for your stay. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC combination, offering all the essential facilities you need in a neat and practical space.

The studio is equipped with a comprehensive selection of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation rental experience. The kitchenette is well appointed with a mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, giving you everything required to prepare meals and beverages during your stay. Entertainment is provided by a flat screen television, though please be aware that TV reception is available in French only. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
