On the ground floor, the entrance hall welcomes you into the home and leads to the sleeping areas. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and offers direct access to the patio. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making them well suited for families or groups. A shower room complete with bidet and WC serves the ground floor, alongside a 100-litre boiler.
The upper floor hosts the living and dining area, which features an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes only, a dining table, a digital flat screen television, and direct access to the patio. A mezzanine level adds additional character to the space, with access to a balcony. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and detailed further in the amenities section. A second bathroom with shower and WC is also located on the upper floor. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
