Unit Layout
You can stay at "Mirador", a 4-room semi-detached house with 132 square meters on 2 levels. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only) and a digital TV, with an exit leading to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC. Electric heating is available, but not in all rooms. On the lower ground floor, you will find a room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), another room with 1 pull-out bed (2 persons, 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), and a third room with 1 French bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), all with exits leading to the patio. There is also a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC.

Amenities Included
During your vacation, you can take advantage of the following amenities: a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (suitable for up to 3-year-olds), and a hair dryer. The house also features a boiler with a capacity of 150 liters and a partially roofed terrace.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
