The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only) and a digital TV, with an exit leading to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC. Electric heating is available, but not in all rooms. On the lower ground floor, you will find a room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), another room with 1 pull-out bed (2 persons, 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), and a third room with 1 French bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), all with exits leading to the patio. There is also a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC.

During your vacation, you can take advantage of the following amenities: a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (suitable for up to 3-year-olds), and a hair dryer. The house also features a boiler with a capacity of 150 liters and a partially roofed terrace.
