The first bedroom is equipped with 2 beds measuring 190 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with exit to the terrace. The third bedroom contains 2 beds measuring 80 cm in width and 180 cm in length. This floor also includes a bathroom fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC. Please be aware that there is no heating option available on this level.

On the 2nd upper floor, accessible via a ladder, you will find the 4th bedroom, which is furnished with 2 beds measuring 190 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower room is located on this floor to serve guests staying in this area of the property.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
