Please be aware that the owner does not accept bookings from groups, and the property is therefore reserved exclusively for families or individuals travelling together as a single household unit.

A separate living and dining room also benefits from an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen television, and likewise opens onto the garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and also provides direct access to the garden. The ground floor further includes a bathroom with WC and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, all 5 bedrooms feature sloping ceilings and individual hand-basins, lending the space a charming and intimate character. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second and third bedrooms are each equipped with 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A walk-through room completes the sleeping arrangements with 1 bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
