This elegant 5-room villa spans 200 m2 across 2 levels and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The property features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and upper floor to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests.

On the ground floor, the villa opens into a spacious living and dining room, which flows seamlessly onto the terrace and provides direct access to the swimming pool. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from direct access to the swimming pool. This bedroom is served by a private en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. A fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this floor, featuring an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms, each individually appointed with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
