On the lower ground floor, a second living and dining room provides additional communal space, with its own exit to the terrace. The second bedroom on this floor features 1 french bed with dimensions of 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a bathroom with hand-basin, an electric heater, and a fan.
