The living/sleeping room is equipped with 1 sofabed, 1 pull-out bed, and a TV, providing ample sleeping arrangements. This room also offers access to the balcony. Additionally, there is 1 double bedroom with its own exit to the balcony, as well as 1 room with 2 beds.

The kitchen is well-appointed with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring convenience during your stay. It also includes a dining table for comfortable meals. The bathroom features a shower, bidet, and WC. Gas heating is available, but please note that it is only operational from October 15th to April 15th. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
