You will be staying in a 5-room villa spanning 250 square meters across two levels. The villa features a large living/dining room with a panoramic window, a television (flat screen), and electric shutters. The living/dining room also has an exit leading to the swimming pool. On the same level, you'll find a large room with a panoramic window, a dressing room with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower/WC, double hand-basin, and a television (flat screen). This room also has electric shutters and an exit leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additional capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are provided at an extra cost. The kitchen also features a cooking island and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a panoramic window, a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a television (flat screen), electric shutters, and an exit leading to the terrace. The second bedroom also has a panoramic window, a French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), a television (flat screen), electric shutters, and an exit leading to the terrace. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
