The ground floor also features 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with one of these rooms enjoying direct access to the swimming pool. An open kitchen on the same level is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering, and a well-appointed bathroom with shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms each feature 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, along with individual shower, bidet, and WC facilities, as well as direct access to the terrace.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
