The living room is furnished with a TV SAT flat screen, free WLAN, radio, a comfortable sofa, a reading chair, and an extra bed. There are 2 bedrooms, each with single beds and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and 1 toilet, plus a separate toilet with a washbasin (Brünneli). A crib is available upon request. The shared amenities in the house include a washing machine, dryer, ski room, and bike room. Outdoor parking is provided free of charge.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
