On the ground floor, a generous living and dining room of 50 square metres serves as the heart of the home, providing a welcoming space for the whole group to gather. This level also features an open kitchen fully equipped for everyday cooking, as well as 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Each of these bedrooms benefits from its own private shower and WC, ensuring comfort and privacy for guests. A separate shower and WC is also available on this floor for additional convenience. Direct access from the ground floor leads to a large roofed terrace of 30 square metres, as well as to the swimming pool.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a dedicated dining area and opens onto a south-west facing balcony of 5 square metres, offering a marvellous view of the sea. This level houses the remaining 4 bedrooms, each appointed with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The upper floor is served by 2 shower and WC facilities, and a small open kitchen is also available on this level for added practicality.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
