The open kitchen is equipped with four induction hot plates, a gas stove, a toaster, and a microwave.

The property comes with a small balcony measuring 2 square meters and a small patio, both furnished with terrace furniture. The unit offers partial views of the mountains and the river. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
