A separate kitchenette on the same level is equipped with 4 gas rings, a kettle, a freezer, and a grill, and also includes a dining table with a direct exit to the garden. On the lower ground floor, the first bedroom features 1 double bed, while the second bedroom, which does not have a window, is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The single bathroom on this level is fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
