An open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with an oven, a ceramic glass hob hotplate, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer. A separate WC completes the ground floor arrangement.

The upper floor houses all 3 bedrooms, each designed to provide privacy, comfort, and a sense of refined elegance. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each features its own shower and WC, a cable television, air conditioning, and direct access to a balcony. The third bedroom is equally appointed with 1 French bed of the same dimensions and benefits from a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, as well as cable television, air conditioning, and its own balcony access.
