The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you'll find two more rooms. One room measures 20 square meters and includes a French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace. The other room is 19 square meters with a French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and also leads out to the terrace. The house features floor heating (extra charge).
