A dedicated sleeping alcove, arranged in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed bedroom, contains 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a practical and cosy sleeping solution for younger guests. The studio comprises 1 bathroom and a separate WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. A balcony of 6 m2 with a south-east facing orientation extends from the living area, offering beautiful views of the mountains and furnished with balcony furniture for outdoor relaxation.

Entertainment is provided by a flat screen television, though please be aware that TV reception is available in French only. Internet access via WiFi is available as an extra service. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
