The second, smaller bedroom features 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it a practical and cozy space for additional guests. The living and dining area is thoughtfully arranged and opens directly onto a west-facing terrace of 8 m2, providing a pleasant outdoor space equipped with terrace furniture and a view of the garden. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.

The kitchen area includes a mini-oven, a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a raclette grill for convivial dining experiences. The apartment is offered by a commercial proprietor in accordance with Art. 155, IV, CGI. The property is reserved exclusively for non-smokers, and this rule is strictly observed throughout the premises. A smoke alarm is installed to ensure the safety of all guests. Parking is available for guests. Internet access via WiFi is available at an additional charge. - No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
