On the ground floor, a spacious open-plan living and dining area welcomes you with a dining table and a flat screen television, along with direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen features a bar and is seamlessly integrated into the living space. A shower room with a separate WC and a double hand-basin completes the ground floor layout. The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and comprises 2 bedrooms: the first is a private room featuring 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a flat screen television, while the second room contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A gallery area is also located on the upper floor, and it is important to note that some sleeping areas are situated in an open-plan space such as a gallery or alcove rather than in fully enclosed bedrooms. A bathroom with WC serves the upper floor, and the property benefits from floor heating throughout. The house offers 2 bathrooms in total across both levels.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
